- Any price, rate or estimate shared before a written agreement is indicative and may change after site review and final scope.
- The scope of work, fees, payment stages, timelines and number of design revisions for each project are confirmed in a written agreement or quotation.
- Construction costs depend on market rates of materials and labour at the time of execution.
- Approvals from local authorities, where required, depend on their own procedures and timelines.
